Project Overview
Is it chaos or purity? In the vast expanse of the universe, Earth resembles a blue gem, radiating its unique and dazzling brilliance... Humanity, nestled in a corner of this world, has never ceased exploring the unknown since the dawn of our existence. With time and space boundless, and the world vast, the quest for knowledge propels progress, and curiosity drives exploration... The designer has adopted "Space • Exploration" as the theme, using a minimalist design language to shape a sense of futurism and technology, creating a pure vision that inspires endless imagination. Located in the Kaifu District of Changsha, Hunan, this project benefits from the national "Two-Oriented Society" reform and Changsha's "Greater Northern City" strategy. It enjoys not only the advantages of convenient transportation and well-developed infrastructure but also the added pleasure of distant mountains and nearby waters, harmonizing with the design theme of "Space • Exploration"

Project Brief
The negotiation and reading areas are interwoven, with open spaces defined by clean, straight lines that convey stability and order, further enhanced by the interplay of grey-white leather and light wood tones that weave an aesthetic of beauty and tranquility. Upon soft blankets, with light falling from above, antique bronze furniture adds subtle embellishments, creating a lively contrast amidst harmony. Green plants are placed throughout, bringing natural comfort and vitality to the space. In conversations here, thoughts and emotions become clearer, as everyday matters transform from trivial details into embodiments of home and future in the present. The water bar continues the subdued sophistication, with antique bronze metal and pristine white stone arranged in neat order, while the victorious pose of the MOMΛ hero echoes the expansive gold, exuding energy and spirit. Enjoying a drink and conversation here doesn't require elaborate toasts to feel the sincerity on offer, as the desire for life takes shape beyond the gleaming golden and snow-white water bar.
On the banks of the Xiang River, to the north of the bustling city, the Changsha Fuse Jade Mansion creates purity through minimalism, grounded in exploration yet focused on the beauty of home. With dedication and love, it crafts an excellent environment and dreams for regional development, ensuring that every visitor can embark on their own journey of discovery.
Project Need
The astronaut MOMΛ hero, with his personalized and symbolic IP imagery, is featured throughout, enhancing the "Space • Exploration" theme through the deconstruction and interconnection of regional forms.
Design Challenge
The original architectural volume provides a broad perspective for the project, but at the same time, a single architecture and large areas of blank space require designers to spend more ingenuity in enriching the spatial hierarchy. The layout should not only meet functional requirements, but also take into account the practice of artistic aesthetics and sustainability concepts. Double-height ceilings paired with floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with ample natural light, creating a layered and transparent texture that complements the grandeur, serving as a perfect backdrop for the dazzling artistic lighting fixtures. This sets the stage for an infinitely beautiful, dreamlike perception in the scale model area.
Sustainability
Firstly, the building's expansive glass curtain walls maximize the projection of the outdoor garden landscape into the interior, blending sunlight, air, and plants with the space. This not only blurs the boundary between inside and outside but also allows natural light to significantly reduce electricity consumption. Secondly, the entire project employs LED lighting fixtures and a smart lighting control system, fundamentally reducing the energy consumption for illumination. Furthermore, prefabricated construction methods are extensively used on-site to minimize processes such as painting and bonding, thereby reducing indoor air pollution from dust, waste, and noise.
Lastly, the selection of furniture and crafts incorporates local cultural elements, emphasizing convenience and a natural ambiance, while also supporting the production and development of local artisans.
