The space is surrounded by high concrete walls and a concealed entrance, leaving only a horizontal opening on top of the wall, through which you can see the indoors starlight. The inside and outside contain two separate walls, apart yet related.

Project Brief

The hanging tree trunk casts a shadow like a spider’s web, a metaphor for the experimentalism in this project, and gently shattering the myth of brand names. The employment of cement, brick, recycled material, nude material, burnt curtains and such, is the hope to reclaim the starting point of the designer’s belief in craftsmanship and no compromise, and to redefine the meaning of beauty.

Project Innovation/Need

Regarding the subtle relationship between space and art for interior design and installation art, it is the search for the compound materials in life within the design creations, while the implications conveyed by the spiritual space construction and the creation itself are set relative to the trend of the brand, which requires establishing a brand spirit differing to the external environment.

Design Challenge

A complete hanging branch is suspended for the indoor, allowing this concrete form to resemble the concept of growing against the norm, while further creating an epic trace within the original space.

Sustainability

Art creation has no limit; we anticipate creating an exclusive language for each domain and a design symbol for each creator in the era in which design and art mutually exist in prosperity; it may be a type of spirit implemented in life, as life and space are inseparable after all.
