Project Overview

The project is planned as a large-scale commercial real estate sales center, with an imposing interior height of more than eight meters and a gradual progression of functional units combined with longitudinal segmentation. Several continuous shapes, contours and massive installation lighting cleverly lead to different perspectives and effects so that visitors are profoundly immersed in a temple-like environment as soon as they enter the space.

Project Brief

The first section of the space is mainly used as a buffer zone. The two sides and the upper part of the frontal space are divided by proportionally defined fine grilles. The marble pillars wrapped by the grilles are matched with the projected light and the lower half of the showcase lighting to accentuate the aesthetic imagery of prosperity, deftness, and art.

Project Innovation/Need

The development project model area is presented as soon as one enters through the massive archway. The model table is centered to form a convenient tour line for visitors. Above it are hung numerous glass light globes of ethereal beauty, supported by the reinforced slim metal structural members, intermingling and interlocking to form a bright sea of stars.

Design Challenge

The dispersed design not only attracts people to gaze up, but also embodies boundless imagination. At the bottom center of the symmetrical display cabinets on both sides, a miniature view effect is created by capturing the future top contours of the building, which on the one hand, creates a barrier to the restroom movement and, on the other hand, deepens the impression of the envisaged building.

Sustainability

In order to emphasize the upscale positioning of the product, the entire area is made up of a large number of gray, brown, gold, and beige colors, as well as stone, leather, special coatings, titanium-plated metal, brick and other materials to delicately carve out three-dimensional layers and thoughtful details. From the model area, turn right to the consultation area, divided into two by the central aisle, with several consultation rooms in front of the large counter. The upper half of the room is divided by a grille to ensure lighting and transparency. In contrast, the lower half is equipped with an L-shaped anti-glare light box partition next to the entrance, which not only satisfies visitors' need for privacy, but also serves as a dazzling spotlight.
