Project Brief

Our concept draws inspiration from the project's circular stairwell, capturing this through a curated still-life image that combines the architectural form with the lush landscaping and luxurious interior materiality. We've developed a unique brand mark that mimics the composition of the still-life image and the circular lineage of the project's name and design.

Project Innovation/Need

A unique project based in Mount Pleasant, Oasis's sculptural architecture, with its distinct curvature and fluidity to the exterior design, was a discerning feature in shaping its brand strategy. Yet, we translated this effectively despite its abstract nature. In our ROI, we utilised a curated-still life image to allude to the project's signature curves, forming the foundation for Oasis' brand identity. Throughout the brochure, circular dicuts were strategically designed to reiterate the distinct nature of the project subtly. The tonality of the brand evoked the exquisite craftsmanship of design from a pioneering team of industry professionals, establishing buyer confidence.

Design Challenge

A highly anticipated project in Mount Pleasant, an immense level of design work and strategic coordination went into the inception of this brand. Given the appeal of the market at the time, there was a need to get Oasis to market as quickly as possible. We did so by highlighting the project's sculptural form in cohesion with the natural landscaping and coveted riverside locale. A curated still-life image was highly effective, forming a major part of the brand identity.

In spearheading the branding for the Oasis, a compelling ROI campaign was seamlessly integrated with the accomplishment of milestones three months ahead of schedule. The marketing strategy accentuated the project's progress and enticed potential investors and homebuyers with promises of a remarkable quality of life in a prominent Western Australian location. By adeptly showcasing early successes and offering enticing ROI prospects, the campaign effectively captured the attention of its target audience with 740 enquiries across all op. Leveraging diverse marketing channels, we adeptly communicated the project's high-end materiality and world-class amenities, igniting heightened interest and engagement.
