Nestled beside the lush parklands of River Torrens, Sensa is a curated neighbourhood paving the way for a revitalising community lifestyle. Designed to establish a new benchmark for the tranquil suburb of Paradise, this project comprises contemporary and sustainable townhomes that enjoy effortless connectivity to the river, to nature and to enviable local amenity.

Project Brief

Sensa was our first project in South Australia and due to this we were told to push the boundaries and bring a fresh approach to the area. In doing so, we commissioned a local illustrator who designed these stunning scenes from a birds eye view. The idea behind this approach was to entice the interested parties, through narrative means, by looking into what their lives could be like if they moved into Sensa.

Project Innovation/Need

Our brand utilised an organic approach to communicate the project’s naturally rich location. Featuring captivating brush stroke imagery, the layered, textured aesthetic of this direction reflects the surrounding environment, complemented by a sophisticated serif font. The brand integrated customised type and a bespoke colour palette to communicate the natural surroundings whilst custom-created illustrations communicated the project location’s lifestyle.

Design Challenge

Sensa was a re-design of a previous concept and therefore resulted in a few challenges. Understanding and merging the successful parts of the previous brand with a new concept had to be executed with consideration.

Effectiveness

Hoarding signage was paired with an ROI website to gain interest prior to project launch with online ads via REA and Domain as well as the integration of custom eDMs that communicated the project’s design features, lifestyle and amenities. An extended website was created once the renders were completed. Additionally, a display suite fully-equipped with sales tools such as flipbooks and take-home marketing materials such as floor plans were easily accessible to potential buyers.




This award celebrates creativity and innovation in the traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. Consideration given to clarity of communication and the matching information style to audience.
