Project Brief

The three unit areas of the entrance, living room, and dining and kitchen are cleverly connected together in combination with the boundary between the entrance and the living room, using an exquisite steel and glass screen that can also function as a shoe bench, storage and display stand that takes sight lines into account and allows lighting and shadows to guide the flow.

Project Innovation/Need

In addition, the shades of iron gray and dark blue serves as a dignified and primary color theme for the entire case, and also serves as a subtle divider of the areas with different attributes as the dark gray and blue high cabinets in the entrance area, the opposite kitchen area and the dining table all echo the color scheme with similar colors.

Design Challenge

The TV wall is also covered in artistic paint, the sofa backrest has a cement-like texture, the dining room background wall and the bedside wall of the master bedroom all use denim-textured wallpaper. In addition to creating a primary visual that is simple and elegant as a whole that doesn’t need further elaboration, the use of calmer colors also creates harmonious undulating layers of different spatial proportions.

Sustainability

The public areas are well-lit and ventilated and the French windows have this bright green color to them to give the interior an abundant amount of vibrant energy. The ceiling that conforms to the beam of the residence gives the residence the most ideal elevation as its arc-circular partition shape and the black line piping add an exquisiteness of detail to the smoothness. In addition to weakening the length and dominance of the original corridor, the remodelled kitchen island dining table upon entering kitchen also greatly improves the functional efficiency of the kitchen area in the form of a parallel axis and also adds a variety of atmospheric options for meals.
