Project Brief

The living hall is introduced with the premium interface of architectural landscape integration, giving people a quality home experience. From outdoors to inside, visitors enter the heart from the environment, and the riding tower, tiles, shutters, natural materials, and colors of the South Pacific style are blended and overlapped to create an exotic visual effect, and a balance is explored between the Orient and the Occident to give people a warm change of time.
The sandbox area returns to the state of modern simplicity and serenity, with clean and clear lines of hard furnishings, presenting the infinite possibilities of the city's future in a rich structural order, and the shutter elements make the whole space produce a visual and sensory collision, and derive a sense of atmosphere of the long years and new life of the old city in the blending of the old and the new.
The negotiation area is a cohesive and rich living mood, with ancient and modern spatial innovation and more living social attributes, reconstructing the modern quality of life. The overall color is extracted from the Nanyang style colors, penetrating into the tone of the whole space as well as the whole spatial construction system, and echoing with the natural colors and sceneries of the outdoor area, presenting the secluded landscapes and the quiet and leisurely contemporary humanities and elegant collections.

Project Need

The extensive use of wood and stone, both originating from nature and easily recyclable or decomposable, gives the space a light, solid touch. This design not only continues the concept of multi-functional use but also transforms the sales office into a public activity place for community residents, achieving sustainable development of spatial functions."

Design Challenge

The business format is changed to commercial in the later stage of the project. While reducing demolition and modification on the basis of the original design, it is necessary to ensure that the functions can still be used normally under different business formats. By planning the streamline of the plane layout and dividing the partition area of the later demolition and renovation, we can ensure that the functional places can continue to be used in different formats, and that the materials are selected to adapt to the tonality and texture of different formats used in the later period to reduce the sense of difference.

Sustainability

The trends of green sustainability and innovation are increasingly important in the field of interior design. The goal is to create healthier and more environmentally friendly living spaces for people by combining creativity and technology. This approach emphasizes the concept of sustainable development of space, with a focus on integrating internal and external landscapes to achieve a multi-functional design. Large glazing areas ensure ample natural light inside, while the use of stone with a natural atmosphere and original texture as the main material complements the surrounding environment, creating a warm and natural feeling.
